Afghan Pine
Afghan Pins grow to 30-45 feet with a conial shape when young, turning to a more umbrella shape as the tree matures. Branches are thin and outspreading. The tree is not dense with growth. Afghan Pines are relatively fast growing. They are susceptible to some Monterey Pine disease. They are native to Afghanistan. The bark is grayish and smooth. They tolerate dry conditios well.
